CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT

Eren’s Swim School is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, staff, and families. By participating in any program, you agree to the following behavioral standards:

1. Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect at all times.

2. Refrain from physical aggression, inappropriate language, bullying, or disruptive behavior.

3. Follow all pool rules, safety instructions, and instructor directions promptly.

4. Behave responsibly in shared spaces such as changerooms, hallways, and viewing areas.

5. Respect all facility equipment and property.

6. Abide by any safety protocols in place, including health screening or emergency procedures.

Violations of this code may result in a verbal warning, parental notification, suspension, or permanent removal from the program without refund. Repeated or serious violations will be reported to the program director and escalated as needed.
