CHILD PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOR AGREEMENT

To ensure safety, learning, and enjoyment for all swimmers, all children participating in Eren’s Swim School programs are expected to:

– Listen to instructors and follow directions carefully
– Respect peers and instructors—no hitting, splashing, or yelling
– Stay with their class group and not run or leave the pool area without permission
– Follow pool rules and safety instructions at all times
– Avoid disruptive behavior that affects others’ learning

If a child displays repeated or serious behavioral issues, the following may apply:

1. Instructor warning and redirection

2. Parent/guardian notification

3. Temporary removal from lesson

4. Dismissal from program (with no refund)
